Data Center
Talent Day 2026
24
September
Oslo, Construction City
Data Center Talent Day is a unique event designed for begginers and professionals looking to transition into one of the fastest-growing tech sectors in Europe.
For the third time, we’re bringing together students, engineers, career switchers and employers from across Norway’s data center industry — all in one room, for one focused day.
Norway has more than 100 BNOK in planned data center investments. The industry will need the people to build and run it all and Talent Day is where that gap starts to close.
Real career stories. Direct access to employers. Practical sessions on how to get in — whether you’re finishing a degree, moving from oil & gas, or just wondering if this sector is for you.
